Our structural engineering firm provides foundation inspections for residential, commercial and industrial structures. We provide this service in the Dallas / Fort Worth metro region of Texas. It is always recommend to never hire a "foundation repair company" to inspect and evaluate your foundation. You need to trust an independent third party company ( doesn't work for the repair company) that will offer an unbiased professional opinion.
Structural Inspections
You get an elevation survey and contour diagram. Structural reports are done very fast.
The elevation surveys measure your foundation to see just how flat it is. When done in conjunction with a structural inspection, we can identify if your foundation has moved up or down and by what ratio. Elevation surveys are an important tool when deciding whether or not a foundation needs repair or if the movement is minor and no repair is recommended.

Engineer's Report - The report will be a level "B" investigation as described by the Texas Board of Professional Engineers and the American Society of Civil Engineers – Texas Section The objective of the independent report is to determine if the foundation is structurally sound and performing its intended function and /or whether any remedial foundation repairs are necessary and/or other if options are available. Included in the report is:

► Exterior Observations
► Conclusions
► Recommendations
► Photo File
The report will be sealed and signed by a Professional Engineer.
